I'm trying to install it on Gentoo.

yes i did, but
yum install AS86 didn't work,
yum install as86 didn't work,
and yum install AS didn't work too!

it's ok now just envirement varibles not well seted 
now the ./configure passe
the new error in the log file is : can't find lvboxqt4
