VRDP crash while normal RDP stable

Hello all,
ubuntu 8.04, win2003 guest, VBoxManage startvm -type vrdp
Did anyone had the same problem - when I connect to guest's VRDP session (by using host IP), the guest suddenly crashes. The process VBoxHeadless just exits! Nothing special in the guest log. When I connect to "normal" windows RDP session by using guest IP - everything is stable.
The crash is as follows:
1. Use some WinXP SP2 computer to connect to guest vrdp session, do something.
2. Switch from remote client to some WinXP program. Do something for 1 minute.
3. Switch to remote client and click the mouse. Guest stops responding, virtual machine is no more running.
This happens with and w/o virtual sound card, no USB. Any experience?
