Kernel Panic on /dev/loop0 with TrueCrypt and Shared Folders

Hi all,
Got a Linux and Windows host booting a Ubuntu Guest. In the guest OS, I try to mount a truecrypt image located in a shared folder mounted with vboxsf.
Steps:
- Boot Ubuntu 8.10 guest
# sudo /etc/init.d/vboxadd start
# sudo mount -t vboxsf Test /mnt/test
# truecrypt /mnt/test/test_tc.img
- press Enter to select all default options
- enter password
Guest OS Kernel panic on /dev/loop0.
Can others reproduce this? Ubuntu Kernel 2.6.27-9
(not home now, so I can't post any logs)
