?? Apples and Oranges ?? I am not sure what you mean. vboxusers is a group on the host and you need to add your working host account to this. You can do this through the GUI system management menus or through command line. Note that you need to log off and log on again to get your account as a member of this group.

A/D membership is an issue for accounts on your guest VM. If you use 2.1.2 and a Host IF, then you can add your guest VM and any accounts it uses to A/D just the same as a normal networked PC.

Ok. I have linux workstation- that joined to Windows Domain.
Now I want to grant users from AD ability to use VirtualBox. In manual there is information that i must put user to local group VBoxusers. But how I can do that with AD account?

I assume that you are using Samba for A/D, but let me know otherwise. This isn't a Virtualbox issue but rather whatever package you are using to use for identification and authorisation integration with A/D. There must be similar requirements if you want to add users to other groups such as disk. So you need to look into that packages documentation and support forum.
