I'm running Ubuntu 8.10 with VBox 2.0 and have installed XP Pro and then Dreamweaver CS3. I can access the Shared folder if I go through Windows Explorer, but as soon as I tried with DW, I got "no access" errors.
I read through the posts, reinstalled Guest Additions and that did not resolve it. Then I changed the access model to use Samba and shared it. Dreamweaver was then able to open and read the file, but cannot save any files because of the No Access thing.
Truthfully, I would just use Kompozer, but can't figure out how to manipulate the GUI part of a PHP page with it.
Any ideas on the No Access would be appreciated.
Thanks.
