This may be a stupid question but I am curious. If you want the 64bit version it says AMD64. Does it still run on Intel proc using 64bit? Is their a difference?
thanks

In this case, AMD64 is the architecture name, not the processor name. Intel Core 2 processors use EM64T extension which is almost the same as AMD64, so VB 64-bit can be used on these processors. Intel Itanium are 64-bit too, but they use completely different set of commands, so VB 64-bit will not run on them.
