USB hardware key with Vbox

Hi,
(XP Host and guest)
I used last version of vbox but when use the usb or parallel hardware key (CPUSB) these hardware is not function in vbox.
please help me

Being new to this, where do you do the configuring? I've tried it in settings but to no avail.
If it is in settings, how do I set it up?

thank you for your very quickly reply, I used for my test virtual box puel and I have these problem : usb key are not recognised in virtual xp.
do you have other suggestion ?
