Using USB keyboard causes BSOD crash on Vista

Hi,
I've just installed Virtualbox (2.1.0) under Windows Vista and whenever I try to run it, before the GUI comes up I get a blue screen of death with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
The values listed on the BSOD are:
A
00000016
0000001B
00000000
81E84648
The last one changes and has been 81E66648, 81E6B648,81E90648
If I don't install the USB drivers, everything works OK.
I have a Microsoft wireless USB keyboard and I have found that if I plug a PS/2 keyboard in instead, everything works OK.
If I plug in a different USB keyboard, it crashes again within a second or two of trying to launch VirtualBox.
So, other than not using a USB keyboard, any ideas how to fix this?
Thanks.
Bob.
