VirtualBox Installation 2.10

Hi, I just downloaded the newest version of Virtualbox and it will not install properly. I can install the last version 2.06 but it will not install the latest. If I go and check the install location, all the install did was create a folder labeled "drivers" with some sub-folders/files within the install directory. I am doing this on Vista Home Premium x64. If anyone has a similar problem or has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.
