Problems with cloning (version 2.1.0)

Hi,
I'm using VirtualBox 2.1.0 on RedHat 5.2 host.
I have problems with cloning Windows XP VM.
I cloned the XP virtual machine, which is working fine, using following command:
VBoxManage clonevdi /virtualbox-disks/windowsxp.vdi /virtualbox-disks/winxp.vdi
VirtualBox Command Line Management Interface Version 2.1.0

Clone hard disk created in format 'VDI'. UUID: 4d646096-818d-41c3-8637-ae3f6603fb65
After that I created a new VM and tried to use the new image. However I got this error message from Windows:
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
<Windows root>\system 32\hal.dll.
Please re-install a copy of the above file.
I did not have any problem with cloning using previous version of VirtualBox. Is this a bug in version 2.1.0?
Thanks & Regards,
Habib
