Windows 7 and openGL

Hi,
I have Window XP 32bit as Host and Windows 7 Beta as Guest.
I use VB 2.1 with GA installed and 3D enabled.
My GPU is an Intel GM965.
OpenGL Extension Viewer showed OpenGL 1.5 in both host and guest.
I updated the video driver in the host, and now the host is openGL 2.0, but the guest is 1.1.
Is this a bug?
Did anyone have the same problem?

OpenGL is bound by video driver. An update of the Host driver does not result is additional features in the Guest.

In my case, an update of the Host driver results as a downgrade in the Guest.
I rebooted my computer again (the 2nd time after I updated the drivers), and the Guest is back at OpenGL1.5.

I have the same Intel chipset. I also Installed the update driver. Whenever I try to run a game with opengl, my computer tells me my display adapter is not compatable with opengl. It appears that a lot of people regardless of graphics card are having problems with opengl in windows7.
Are you having any problems with opengl other than your guest version downgrading?

Windows 7 is still in development and the video addition was added as experimental for 2.1.2. Keep that in mind. So it's very likely that there is no OpenGL support in W7.

Any updates on this? I have a program that calls glRenderMode(GL_FEEDBACK); but the call fails which implies GL_FEEDBACK isn't supported. Windows 7 is released now, so this should be quite important right?

The GA for W7 are a lot better now too and OpenGL should work, as long as the Host has hardware acceleration for it.
Now I've seen a different topic that also had a Mac as Host and there were some issues with 3D, so it might be a Mac thing.
