Deferred Procedure Calls (High CPU)

Running Win2003 Server Client on Virtualbox 2.1.0 Vista 32 Host and using Process Explorer from Sysinternals I noticed CPU usage was constantly around 25% while idle (Process Deferred Procedure Calls). Uninstalling the Guest Additions allowed CPU usage to drop to 13%. Is there a bug in Guest Additions?
