Ubuntu Server Install Freeze

Hello.

I'm trying to install the Ubuntu Server 8.04.1 LTS, but everytime It Freeze due the installation (sometimes when connect to internet, sometimes when are coping the files). They don't freeze, but the installation doesn't continue (I left it some hours and it don't move the 14% or like that)

My host:
Intel Q6600
Windows Vista Business
2GB RAM

VB config:
ACPI enabled
IO-ACPI disabled
VT-x/AMD-V enabled (processor supports)
PAE/NX disabled

What can I do?

Primary OS: Ubuntu other
VBox Version: VirtualBox+Oracle ExtPack
Guest OSses: Ubuntu 10.04 & 11.10, both Svr&Wstn, Debian, CentOS

You need PAE enabled to install Ubuntu Server unless you use the approach adopted by Little Girl here http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?t=8072
