Which Version?

I'm a bit new to VB so please excuse my ignorance....

I'm running an Athlon X2 5600+ processor on a Windows 32-bit host.

Do I need to download the x86 or AMD64 version?

VBox Version: VirtualBox+Oracle ExtPack
Guest OSses: linux,xp,win7
Location: Luleå or Skellefteå, Sweden

32-bit host = x86

64-bit host = amd
