Need help with VIA VT6421

Hi guys, i currently run Ubuntu 8.10 and i have virtualbox 2.0.6 running my virtual XP machine, however i need to have my VIA VT6421 sata pci card running in the xp machine and can't get it even recognized by windows.
Can anyone please help me get this card running properly in my virtual xp machine?

Sorry cant be done. The guest only sees virtual hardware.
