Impossible to install Virtualbox

Hello,
I just downloaded VirtualBox 2.1.0 to install it on Win XP SP3 (all MS updates)
Twice the system asks me if I want to continue as "Windows did not sign this software" (or something like that); I confirm twice, then installtion continues.... Copying files... Registering... and rollback!!!
Message then telling me that the software has not been installed and inviting me to do it again.
Every time the same... Any suggestion?
