Loading Windows XP Partition in Virtual Box on Ubuntu

Hi,
First off, I'm using:
-Ubuntu 8.10 x64 (2.6.24-22-generic)
-Virtualbox 2.0.4_OSE
-4GB RAM
-Intel Core 2 Due Processor (2 GHz)
-Windows XP Pro
I've been following this guide:

When I try to do part 2 of step 2, I get this:
