i've Enable VirtualBox Host Interface Networking Driver by right click my dialup connection, still the dialup connection do not appears in vbox host interface

any idea to make this work ?

That's probably because the VB driver doesn't support the dialup, or the dialup doesn't support VB. You're better off to install the MS loopback adapter and use Internet Connection Sharing with it.

installed ms loopback adapter and share my dialup connection to new created nic and it works...
