I don't know why my printer always error when printing in Windows host and it's ultraslow in linux host. After, installing virtualbox with ubuntu as host an xp as guest, the printer works normal. The problem is when i try to use xp as host and guest, i can't find solution to enable USB and shared folders. Does anyone has any solutions?

It might help if you explain things a bit more. You say that you can't get usb and shared folders to work on your XP host, but what exactly doesn't work? What have you tried? Did you read and follow the manual? See the Forum Posting Guide for how to find information on the forums and give us the info we need to help you.
