Hmmm in new linux kernel (2.6.28 ) we can "give" PCI cards to guest OS, when it will possible in virtutal box?I think virtual box the best virtual machine, but if we will can do this and can use SMP it will be best from the best :)

Passing PCI devices or busses to a VM was already possible with Xen. And you now mention KVM virtualisation in your topic title, which is not the same as VB.
Even if the kernel supports it, it doesn't mean that VB will support it. You have to keep in mind that not everyone runs the latest kernel, or even Linux for that matter. It's a nice idea, but not very suitable for VB because of the cross-platform statement it has. Until it's also possible on the other Hosts, it might get implemented.

it doesn't make sense to hold a product back just because some target platforms can't handle it.

the linux and windoze host versions of virtualbox are already way ahead of the solaris, macosx and os/2 platforms anyway.

but frankly, if you want the features of xen/kvm, then use them instead, they're really not the same thing as virtualbox. or wait for sun's xvm server, which will be based on xen, or use vmware esxi.
