I'm not sure if the Shared Folders functionality is available for Solaris. Check the manual for that, it also states how to get it working.

The other option is to use Samba Shares. Please consult the documentation of Solaris for how to connect to Windows shares. You will share a local folder over the network on the Host, and the Guest will connect to it. Now, assuming you use NAT, you connect to the share using the IP address 10.0.2.2.

The rest you ask for, a full step-by-step howto is not the scope of this forum. There is enough info on the internet with howto's and all for how to do the second approach, and the first approach is described in the manual (if available).
