I'm running Vista Ultimate on Inspiron 1520. I run the application as administrator, but when I choose host interfaces, it wont shoe any interfaces, so I'm forced to run NAT. I'm trying to create a simple server for practice usage.

Did you have a previous version of VirtualBox installed? I had 2.0.x on my Vista Ultimate as well, and when I installed 2.1.0 I had the same problem. Only uninstalling and then installing 2.1 fixed it for me.
