a simple question

hi! i am new to virtual box. i am just wondering if it would be possible to access the file on windows while im using virtualbox? do i need to reinstall add the software, e.g. flash, adobe, etc in the virtual machine again? or is there a way that i get get away ?

A Guest is like another PC in the network. So reinstall the Software.
