Hello,
I try to create a Ubuntu guest Network Interface on a Windows XP host using the following options:
+ adapter type: type
+ attached to : host interface
however the dropdown list "Host Interfaces" do not show my active windows
network interface and there is no "add new interface botton" as in previous VB versions for which I was able the create a "virtual network interface" and bridge it to my active windows network interface.
Can semeone help me ?
Many thanks.
Salim.

- Primary OS: Debian other

Please read the new manual. Bridging is no longer needed, you can attach the physical NIC directly to the VM.
