2.1.0 crashes my system!
everytime I try to build a new VirtualBox on 2.1.0 it panics my server and I literally have to power off the hardware and repower it. No boxes will successfully build. As soon as I try to install any new Virtalbox and it starts the install of that box it panics the hardware! I had to go back to 2.0.6 and rebuild my 2 Virtualboxes and under 2.0.6 they work just fine. I'm running a Dell Poweredge 1650 server with a PERC3d/i raid card and all my Virtual Boxes are built on an NFS mount from a Solaris 10 server.

It would be helpful if you can tell us what module and other info you get in the panic. Please create a bug report for this and, if possible and existing, _attach_ a copy of your VB log. See http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Bugtracker for the bugtracker. You need a separate account for it though.
