VirtualBox 2.1 and Vista 64Bit and Rawdisks just a crash

Hello,
i have a vista ultima 64bit and use rawdisk access for guests. If i start the guest in my case a opensolaris one the virtualbox application just crashes. If i remove the rawdrives it works fine. I recreated the vmdk's with the VBoxManage command no change. Where i have to look to provide further infos to track down the problem. I just switched back to 2.0.6 which works fine.
