Problem with installer on Win Vista

All,

I am facing an issue trying to install the latest version. I get the following error when I try to install VirtualBox 2.0.6 on Windows Vista Business (32-bit) -

"The cabinet file 'product.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and canot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the cd rom, or a problem with this package."

I have tried downloading and installing multiple times and also older 2.0.4 version, but same issue! Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Search your HD for this 'product.cab' file, maybe one already exists it is trying to use, then remove or rename them.

I searched the entire HD for product.cab file, but no sign. Is there a way to figure out if the downloaded install itself is corrupt/incomplete? The one I have is 33 MB.

Thanks!
