I have problems with VirtualBox for Windows.
Shortly after I created a virtual machine (both Windows and Linux) keyboard of my PC (PC host) starts to make strange signs, buttons begin to malfunction, if I click in the folder in a series of folders open all folders, the virtual keyboard of the machine does not work very well because they often are repeated several times letters (for example, if I write Windows appears Winndowwws).
I solve the problem by closing VirtualBox and restart the PC.
My pc is so constituted:
Motherboard: ECS GS7610 ULTRA chipset SiS 761GX
1 GB DDR RAM
SO: Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3

sorry for my English, are not very good, I hope that I explained my problem well

When I wrote the previous post, I had VirtualBox open, and are no longer able to change the post because the keyboard does not work any more!
I would add that use the latest version of VirtualBox (2.0.6), and that my keyboard is Logitech PS / 2

Excuse me for my english, i'm italian.
I had same problem. I have usb mouse and ps2 keyboard .
Mouse and keyboard use same address ( 6600 but i'm not sure ).
In first installation, mouse stop running.
In a second installation, VM operating system hang up.
In the virtualbox os (windows xp sp2) i update drivers for mouse .
With keyboard or mouse i select mouse.
- property
- update driver
- select driver manually
- select ps-2 mouse
- confirm
a message tell you that the driver is for 2 device : confirm anyway
e message report "installation error"
reboot the virtual machine
The system is now OK .
