I have windows 2008 host and windows 2003 guest. Host and guest are in two different ip subnet (host dhcp, guest fixed ip). Guest does not need internet access, but host does. I neet to access the guest web server from the host. Is this possible in Virtualbox?

In VMware Workstation, this is easy - I only need to change the host-only vmware virtual network (vmnet1) to the guest ip subnet (like 172.16.31.0) and my host ip can be anything (192.168..., or 10.255...etc).

Any instuctions, suggestions on how I can set it up that way?

Use Host Interface Networking. See the manual for how to set it up. No need for the bridge, as it will let the Guest join the rest of your network.

Also see the Forum Posting Guide for how to find info on the forums. This has been asked before several times.
