My keyboard and mouse is hp's wireless usb.
But, vb could not recognise them.

rigt ctrl key doesn't work, and ctrl + alt + ins or del key also not work.

How can I draw out my keyboard and mouse?

Did you by change enable USB for the Guest? It's possible that the Guest grabbed the mouse and keyboard from the USB, leaving the Host without them. Then the hotkeys won't work, as VB has to grab them, which won't happen if the Guest has direct access to them. So disable USB if it's enabled and try again.
