VirtualBox : Windows 98 No Internet Connection
Posted: 25. Nov 2008, 12:46
Hello,
I have installed Virtualbox XP with internet without problem.
Now I want to install Virtualbox Windows 98 with internet.
I made a clean install.
I install Internet through LAN Network, but I can't acess internet.
IPCONFIG does not work on Windows 98.
On my network I have :
Microsoft network client
Individual Sessions windows
Distant card
TCP/IP (auto)
Alerts on System Periphs :
Others periphs :
(!) Card AMD PCNET Family Ethernet (PCI and ISA)
(!) PCI System Peripheral
System periphs
(!) Advanced energy management
My questions are :
1. How can I have Internet ?
2. How do I configure the connexion (network, modem, ...) ?
3. Are there ipconfig commands on msdos fo win98 ?
4. Does local network has to work first, before to connect Internet ?
Thank you !
