Latest Virtualbox update - CRASH, Failed to Load, Vista x64

I get the following error after updating Virtualbox to 2.0.6,

Callee RC: CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE (0x80080005)

Quite important as I need to use my VMs...

Removed and reinstalled, reinstalled the driver that it prompted, worked fine.

Seems that simply upgrading causes the issue - a complete reinstall works.

That's been my experience as well. Remove/reinstall is the way to go. Doing an "upgrade" results in all kinds of random problems.
