Forgive me for being trite but that's why people have gone to some lengths to write the user guide: to explain how to do stuff. So get out your PDF viewer...

In terms of "networking" what do you mean? Do you want to transfer files? to you want to log in? Do you want to access services from your guest? Do you want to offer services from your guest? There are dozens of answers here. If you use the search trick, you will also find most of the in the forum discussions so you won't even have to post the Qs.
