accessing linux partitions in linux guest

accessing linux partitions in linux guest

under a windows host, i have a hard drive with some ext3 partitions that I would like to access under a linux guest. is this possible?

Primary OS: Ubuntu other
VBox Version: VirtualBox+Oracle ExtPack
Guest OSses: Ubuntu 10.04 & 11.10, both Svr&Wstn, Debian, CentOS

Read up on createrawvmdk in the UG and use it as a search key in the forum for examples.
