Uninstalling GA freezes Windows but 2 CPUs work, VirtualBox-7.2.1-170331

I have just installed "VirtualBox-7.2.1-170331-Win", now the system can boot with 2 CPUs.
However, uninstalling Guest Additions still crashes/freezes Windows 11 during the Guest Additions uninstallation process.
It sees that this issue has been reported previously: viewtopic.php?t=91635
