Fatal Error when install 7.1.6 and 7.0.24

I choose not install USB support on the the custom page, but the program still try to install the USB driver, then failed
If choose install the USB support, everything OK

Please have a look at the newest Testbuilds, which are available here:
https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Testbuilds

The issue already should have been fixed -- those also should install with USB being absent.
