Unable to Install DevelopGo as guest on virtualBox

I ran DevelopGo live CD as guest on VirtualBox while windows XP being Host. When I try to install DevelopGo as guest on virtualBox, I came across following error: 4777 segmentation fault cp -rR -p and the system stopped responding.
Please note that hard drive that is created in virtualbox is .vdi and it is recognised by DevelopGo installer as hda.
I will be more than happy if anyone has any idea how to handle this situation. And help me installing the DevelopGo as guest on virtualBox.
Please note that DevelopGo live cd runs fine on virtualbox, only installation on hard drive is a problem...
