QEMU causes Virutalbox VM to crash

I have an Ubuntu 24.04 guest on a Windows 10 machine. In this VM i am running a Windows 10 QEMU VM. However this results in the Ubuntu VM crashing with the message A critical error has occurred while running the virtual machine and the machine execution has been stopped.
I have attached logs in 2 parts due to the filesize limit.

Host Memory:32gb
