If you try to put your own unattended install file into a Windows 11 boot iso image, the install fails with a device driver error. This is true whether you try to do the VBOX packaged unattended install or not.
I obtained the unattended install file from here:
https://schneegans.de/windows/unattend-generator/
You can do the VBox unattended windows 11 install without issues.

You've posted in the Mac X OS Hosts/MacOS pre-releases Sub Forum. Does this have anything to do with macOS?

I am the author of the autounattend.xml generator you used.
If your goal is to use an autounattend.xml file, I strongly advise not to build a custom .iso image. This is a complex and error-prone task, and the issue you describe can very well be caused by it.
Instead, use the original Windows .iso image and follow these instructions.
