new install

Hello
I'have a MSI K8MM3-v motherboard and a AMD Athlon 64, 2000 MHz (10 x 200) 3000+ with 4 Mb of Ram and a ATI Rage 128 AGP video, one ide haddisk 150Gb - 120Gb free.
Installed VirtualBox-2.0.4-38406-Win_x86 under XP - SP2 without a glitch.
And when I start Virtual box, VBoxSVC apears to be running, according to the Taskmgr.
But I don't se anything apearing on my screen..........
