problem with initial boot macos

I have this error in the attached image and it won't let me boot doing a fresh installaion
Are you trying to install using a .dmg installer? If so, then that won't work. You need to create an iso from the .dmg file, or a USB installer might work with a UEFI install but that would probably be much slower if it does work.
If that's not the problem, then please check if the failed install produced a VBox.log file in the VM Folder. If it did, then please create a 'zipped' copy of that file and use the Attachments Tab on the message screen to send an electronic copy and "we" might be able to identify what the problem is.
