VB 7.0.18 crashes with 3D Acceleration and Linux 6.8 Kernel

VirtualBox 7.0.18 crashes when 3D Acceleration is enabled and Linux guests are running 6.8 kernel.
This also occurs with latest versions of CentOS Stream, Fedora Workstation, openSUSE Tumbleweed, and the new Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.

All Linux guests are set to use 128MB video memory.

I have attached the log file for the latest crash with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. All the other Linux guests I listed above have the same crashing problem, so I figure once I figure out the problem with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, the fix will likely apply to all the others.

From the VirtualBox 7.0.16 Change Log:
Linux Guest Additions: Added initial support for kernel 6.8
No further change was added in the 7.0.18 Change Log so, to me, that means it's probably still at the 'initial support' stage. You could try the latest 7.0.19 Test Builds to see if there is any improvement and, if not, search and add to any initial 'bug' reports on the Public bugtracker, or create a new report describing the issues identified and attach 'zipped' copy of your VBox.log file.

Yeah, more work definitely needs to be done for the new kernel. On top of the broken 3d accel, my VM was very slow and laggy. I am mainly just using vscode with a bunch of c++ files open, and throughout the day it gets worse and worse till I shut down the vm and restart it. For now I downgraded to the 6.7.x kernel and it is night and day better.
