Windows 10 crash when using Virual Box

Hello,

when I start Ubuntu from Virtual Box 7.0.16, windows scratches and the message is:

"page fault in non paged area VBoxNetLwf.sys"

If anybody had a solution, I would be grateful.

I have read this answser for a similar issue.

7.0.16 got known issues. Revert to 7.0.14 - and wait for a new release before upgrading.

Do you know where I can get 7.0.14 ?
