VB running in Sonoma, issues trying to run Windows 2000

Hello everyone, I have successfully installed Windows 2000 on my IMac 3.4Ghz Quad Core I7, 16GB Ram, AMD Radeon HD 2GB, but it's running super slow. I have installed VirtualBox Guest Additions Service inside Windows 2000 and the issue still continues.
The installation process also was super slow, it took about 2hrs maybe, and everything inside Windows runs slow, maybe a graphic card wrong configuration?

I have given the VM 1 CPU and 3.5GB of RAM.

Any recommendation please on this?

Please post a session log (zipped) for a sessions started from cold (i.e. not saved) and shut down normally.
