Error at starting Clone on Windows 11

I've cloned a virtual machine from a Windows 10 device (VBox 06.1.32) to a another device with Windows 11.
Starting the clone on the Windows11 fails with error message:

The virtual machine 'Lindauer-DevVM-2015-10_qt5.6-nb972' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1). More details may be available in 'D:\Work\FT2\VirtualBox\Lindauer-DevVM-2015-10_qt5.6-nb972\Logs\VBoxHardening.log'.

This error occurs with VirtualBox version 06.1.50 and with version 07.0.14 (see attachments for Logs)

How can this be solved?

The hardening log file talks about unmapping executable code - which hints that some Anti-Virus software (or malware, the difference in behavior is sometimes very small) tries to inject code into the VM processes.
