I am running vista virtual box through a MacBook.
I run a business through the virtual machine. Every time I send an invoice through the virtual box it deletes all the emails in the host inbox.
Any ideas as to why this is happening?

I guess you are using the same mailbox in both but configured as POP3 in the VM thus the IMAP configured mail client on the mac will loose all mail.
