USB device not passed to VM

My host system is Linux Mint and my guest system is Win10.
The guest system is running and can access the internet and network drives. It just can't find my KNX licence dongle. Other things that are not working and may be related are
Only one screen, although two are defined, in SVGA.
Shared drive does not work
