Drag and Drop is not working on ubuntu VM

Hi VBox,
I am on a Ubuntu22.04 VM with Win11 22631. I have installed VB Guest Additions from Vbox menu and enabled both bidirectional clipboard, DND.
I can copy paste text in both directions. But the bidirectional drag and drop is not working. When I tried to drag and drop files from the Windows host to the Linux machine, the cursor becomes an error sign then I receive this error:

Drag and drop operation from host to guest failed.

DnD: Error: Leaving VM window failed (VERR_TIMEOUT).

Searching this forum, I can see two similar topics since Jul,2023 but it seems there is no solution. Could you look into my log and advise, thanks.
