Unable to install CentOS 9 Stream

I am a CS Student trying desperately to get this to work, but I am taking a class that requires me to use Virtualbox and CentOS 9 Stream. The laptop I've been using is inoperable and I had to get a new one a week into my semester, and now I cannot get CentOS to install no matter what I try. Every time I boot up the vm for the first time, I am able to choose install, then immediately I am faced with a kernel panic. I have followed every possible thread I can trying to get this to work, but I am falling more and more behind in this class because I cannot even get started. It works just fine in vmware, but I need to use virtualbox for my class.

My laptop's specs are as follows:
AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS 4.0GHz Processor; NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 8GB GDDR6; 16GB DDR5-4800 RAM; 1TB Solid State Drive
I am running Windows 11 Home.

I have already disabled Hyper-V and my BIOS has virtualization enabled. I have tried different versions of each. I will attach the latest log from the vm that crashes. If anyone has any insight as to what is going wrong or what I can do to remedy it, please let me know.

Please use the workaround I posted in Re: Unable to install CentOS or use a VirtualBox test build 7.0.15r161357 or newer.

PS: My workaround has the same effect as the suggestion in the second link from scottgus1.
