GNS3 VM on Linux host running SONiC qemu image crashes after a minute

I am having an interesting problem with my setup

Host: 32GB
CPU: Intel i7-9700

I have created a GNS3 VM and allocated 6 cores and 12GB ram for it.

Inside the GNS3 VM I have created a SONiC appliance with 3GB ram and 2 CPU cores.

It boots nicely but after a minute it crashes. The CLI when using console to access it, seems really laggy and slow.

I cant upload the zip file as it is too big for forum so I split it into two zip files.

Hmm after adding more RAM to the SOniC appliance. Default 2GB to 4GB it was more stable. But after a while still crashed the VirtualBox. It took it a lot longer though.
